Where Cosmo comes out ahead

Equipped for your specialty, finished before you arrive

Cosmo equips each suite for the work you do: a styling chair and washbowl for a hairstylist, a massage table for a massage therapist, or a nail station and client chair for a nail tech. Every suite also has custom millwork, a workstation, a full-length mirror and a luxury light fixture. Then you make it yours: paint, wallpaper, shelving and fixtures are up to you.

Walls built for privacy

Every Cosmo suite has floor-to-ceiling walls, and suites can be soundproofed, which matters for massage, skin care and any service where clients want quiet. MY SALON Suite's Grosse Pointe page says its suites have enclosed ceilings; ask any building you tour how its walls and ceilings are built.

Full-length mirror and workstation inside a Cosmo salon suite — Every Cosmo suite comes with a full-length mirror, millwork and a workstation.

One standard at every location

Cosmo runs all of its locations, so the amenities you see on a tour in Canton are the same in Dearborn or Ann Arbor: commercial-grade washers and dryers on site, 24/7 keypad access, and exterior and doorway cameras recording around the clock.

Room to grow, and your name on the door

There's no extra charge to share your Cosmo suite with another professional, and every tenant gets their own signage. Alongside the space you get suite personalization, education, mentorship and marketing support.
