- A private suite with floor-to-ceiling walls, a lockable door and your own door signage.
- Equipment for your specialty, for example a styling chair and washbowl for a hairstylist, a massage table for a massage therapist, or a nail station and client chair for a nail tech.
- A design package: full-length mirror, millwork, workstation and luxury light fixture.
- Utilities and Wi-Fi.
- Commercial-grade washers and dryers on site.
- 24/7 keypad access, with 24/7 exterior and doorway security cameras.
- On-site parking at most locations.
- Sharing your suite with another professional at no extra charge.
- Freedom to decorate: paint, wallpaper, shelving, furniture and fixtures.
What is not included
- Your own tools, such as shears, clippers, brushes and implements.
- Your own professional products, such as hair color, hair care and skin care products.
Most professionals buy these from beauty suppliers such as SalonCentric or Marlo Beauty Supply.
