Kathy Partin, American Board Certified Haircolorist, brings over 40 years of experience and passion for her craft to the salon at Haircolor Experts & More© in Troy on Big Beaver and Rochester Road. Kathy has been a salon owner for 27 years, developing a method of formulating that reduces damaging ammonia and adds more pigment, creating a haircolor additive that does so much for the process we think you'll be more than pleased with your results!
