After the holidays, you may have sold out the majority of your inventory. Before the new year begins, make a list of what you are out of and order some of your best sellers or try some new products. That way, when head back to work after the holidays, you are stocked up on fresh inventory.
Organize Your Salon Studio
After the hustle and bustle of the holidays, you may find your studio to be a bit of a mess. Set aside some time to clean your space. Take down Christmas decorations and reorganize your studio so that after the new year, it’s nice and clean for your clients.
Plan Your Promotions for the Year
As the year ends, create a marketing plan for the year ahead. Keep in mind what promotions you may want to have. Look at what was successful from the current year and try to incorporate those aspects into your new plan. Having an idea for your marketing throughout the year will keep you organized and help you to stay on track with your goals.

New year, new service? The new year is a great time to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Add a new service to your list and offer discounts to clients who give it a try!
